Forgot to post this Wednesday night. This is one of my steelhead trout crispy breaded fish fillets smothered on one side with a Jack Daniels honey Dijon mayo and garlic spread with a parmesan and panko crust that was baked to perfection. Best fish I have ever made and my new favorite recipe. #cook #foodporn
