Cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole with Japanese inspired flavors. Chicken was cooked in a avocado oil and ginger seasoning mix. The broccoli onion and tomatos were boiled in a mix of chicken broth, mirin, sake, soy sauce, dashi stock, soy sauce, miso, maple syrup, light brown sugar, and since Jack Daniel's honey Dijon mustard with a mix of basil, roasted Sesame seeds, ground mustard seasoning, onion powder, the salt pepper mix. Then everything was mixed with cream cheese, sour cream, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and French onions then topped with a Panko French fried onions and cheese mix.
