Yesterday I had cataract surgery on my 2nd eye, the left eye. Surgery was quick and successful, again very thankful to Dr. Alan Kozarsky and amazing team. During surgery I was under topical local anaesthetic. This 2nd painting is my visual interpretation & experience while witnessing the procedure in action. The small dark particles represent the cataract fragments . As the intra ocular lens was inserted into my eye, more yellows, pink and blue hues appear in the background.
