Tonight's Dinner: Airfryer Fish & Chips Mostly Spinch Mixed Greens Salad Potato Rounds Tonight's Fish is Fresh Cod Fillets lightly breaded in potato flakes ... yes, the fillets were gently pressed in instant mashed potato flakes with some fine herbs and garlic & onion powder ... then airfried along with the Potato Rounds (like "tots" but bigger around and coin shaped instead of short logs). Served with a squeeze of lemon on the airfried Cod and tarter sauce, and my own "fry-sauce" of ketchup, mayo, and a couple shakes Tabasco. Being a little short on lettuce I added a big fistful of baby spinach to the few leaves of bibb and romaine, some diced tomato and cucumber. #TonightsDinner #FishAndChips #Cod #tatertots #spinach #salad
