NOT #TonightsDinner needs to Age. Jus't pass these up while pushing my cart through Kroger's ... 2lbs each, I haven't seen #Tbones this pretty (and in my price range) in a long long time! They had a weekend special marking these true Porterhouse Steaks down from $14.99 to $11.99 and this evening they landed in Herman's Corner (too long a story for here) the Butchershop #ClearanceBin marked way, way ... W.A.Y ... down to $7.56/lb, which is like only 57cents a pound more than Chuck Roasts are this week! So unless Wally is packing the car or buying a plane ticket, I'm going to freeze one and age the other until next weekend so it gets good and tender and flavorful! And for those of you watching my diet for me (ya'know who you are) that Porterhouse I'm going to grill to Medium Rare is going to be at least 4 dinners! ‼️‼️‼️ 😋😋😋
