We're excited to invite ya'll to a special online event - Boo's Gotcha Day Celebration on Friday, MAY 26, 2023 AT 7 PM – 7:30 PM Central time! 🎈 Boo and I are hosting the fun celebration on our YouTube channel,, to honor his incredible journey with me. After a challenging period from 2020-2022, we're ready for a fresh start and a celebration of Boo's resilience. In 2022, Boo-bird triumphed over aspergillosis, enduring 5 months of treatment. I think it's about time we celebrate our little fighter! 🥳 A little backstory: I brought Boo home in May 2000 after he hatched in February that year. I visited him weekly at the breeders from March to May, and eventually, Boo became part of my family. Friends thought I should have bought a car instead of a $1k+ Goffin's Cockatoo, but Boo has been worth every penny! 😊 We've come a long way since then, learning so much about proper bird care. It's a miracle that Boo survived my 20s and 30s, and as of 2020, we've shared more than half my life (and all of his) together! 🐦❤️ Join us for a celebration with pizza 🍕, komBOOcha (a healthier alternative to beer 🍺), and adorable Boo moments.
