Cacahazintle corn is here and it’s my favorite! The kernels are way bigger, creamy and delicious and the general taste is so so amazing that I want to eat it every day. This is the corn I like to eat on the cob, with mayo, lime, salt, cheese and Chile. I usually have one of this for dinner while walking my dogs, and share with them the last bites. Corn like this will always remind me the afternoon walks in the park, warm summer days, happy dogs and carefree hours where the only thing that matters is to get in time to the corn stall to find a cacahuazintle.
