I took a break from #intermittentfasting today to allow myself fun with the family. Although I worked out this morning, my caloric deficit is really small today. I may have to do some extra cardio to make up for it. The heavy snow ❄ we got today put a damper on my plans to take a walk as I am super afraid of taking another slip and fall. No #OMAD today either of course so I had 2 big meals - #ketodinner of a bunless cheeseburger topped with egg and bacon, avocado, spinach artichoke dip, and pork rinds and earlier a #ketolunch (blurry 2nd pic 😒) of a spinach and egg omelet, bacon, and a green smoothie of more spinach, cucumber, celery, strawberries, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. I also had a seaweed snack. While I didn’t exactly overeat, this was much more food than I’ve had in months so I have mixed feelings about it. 😔 Back to fasting tomorrow.
