Unfortunately for me, processed food has a lot of salt, MSG, and other preservatives, which can be hard for my kidneys. In 2003 I became ill with a Vasculitis disease which attacked my kidneys, reducing the function. So even though it is entirely impossible to eliminate salt from my diet (and is unhealthy besides), I have found ways to limit it by making my own recipes. I can't call this salt-free.
