Master Class & 3-Course Dinner at Heliot Steak Club

Launched by Ioannis and his expert team, The Heliot Steak club presents the finest steak cutting techniques sourced from various parts of the world. The master-class would showcase the qualities of each cut and the best method to cook them. Voted as the Best Steak House in London, Heliot is launching the first school of Meatology to educate meat lovers on how to prepare the beef and cook the perfect steak.
The dinner master-class series would take place in Argentina and Brazil on the 18th of September and in Northern Spain on the 13th of November. It would also include a three-course dinner menu with wine pairings by the Heliot Steak House’s resident sommelier Salvatore Russo reasonably priced as 75 pounds per person.
The advanced master-class is designed to teach meat lovers how to cook beef properly using new techniques like dry-aging. Here, the master-class students would get to use the sense of taste, smell, and touch to compare the flavour and aroma of a 60-day dry streak to a regular steak.
