How To Add Photos To A RG Blog
First off, when writing your blog, set your font size, or your print will come out usually very small. This blog is set to number 5. For titles, a six font size or a seven works good. Hit B to add bold, and U to underline.
I personally do not like the rg blog tool because the font size is always resetting itself to a size I don't want and I have to keep resetting the size while writting my blog.
HOW TO ADD A PHOTO TO A BLOG
There are two ways to do this, I will begin by explaining the way to add a photo to your blog that you have already uploaded under photos. This method uses just the redgage site and is fairly easy to do.
First, put together your blog, as your working on it, when you come to a spot you want to add a photo, open a second tab to rg, or a second window. Go through your photo collection, when you come to the photo you want to use, do a right mouse click with the mouse pointer over the photo.
Several options will pop up, do a left mouse click on the COPY IMAGE LOCATION. The photo's code is now copied onto your mouse.
Now go to your other redgage window with your blog, and click onto the INSERT IMAGE icon - a box will open. There will be several options but the only one you need to do is the box that reads IMAGE URL. Place your mouse pointer inside that box and do a right click with your mouse. Select paste.
Many times the photo will not appear in the larger box, just go ahead and click on INSERT near the bottom of the box, the photo should show up on your blog page. Many times I find the photo is way too large for the page, if this happens, simply click onto the photo, move your mouse pointer to one of the corners and drag the photo to make it smaller.
The second way to add photos to your rg blogs is to use a photo host site, such as photobucket. Go to the photo you want to use, than select one of four code options, I always use the DIRECT LINK code. Left click right onto the code itself in the direct link box, the code is automaticially copied to your mouse.
Now at your redgage blog click onto the INSERT IMAGE icon, and in the IMAGE URL paste in the code (right click over image url box, select paste).
Now hit the insert button to add the photo to your blog page.

Since my photos from photobucket are almost always way too big for the blog page, I first hit that square button just above UPLOAD - this makes the blog page the size of your computer screen. I than click onto the photo and go to one of the corners, and using my mouse I click onto a corner and drag it until the photo is the size I want. Repeat for each photo you want to add to your blog.
Once I have added all my text and photos, I hit the upload button, cross my fingers and hope the rg blog tool does what it is suppose to do, publish my blog.
Just as an added note, I always copy my entire blog onto my mouse, just in case the blog tool decides to swallow your blog instead of publishing it. That way, if your blog does not go through and you lose it, you still have it copied onto your mouse - go back and do another blog and simply paste it back in and try again.
