Looking At Motives
Ravi just wants to go on with things while Anita's wigged out. Well Gaz did have a gun and I'm still fuzzy about how he got the gun. Is is possible that he found it or did someone put it in his bag? He claims he didn't know about it but I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. Oh yes that's a really good idea calling your ex instead of calling a lawyer. Might I suggest EJ Dimera since I wouldn't mind getting his ass out of Salem. Besides he's a crappy lawyer so he probably wouldn't get the guy off. So he's being charged with Calvin's murder which makes sense after all that's the murder weapon he was found holding when the cops found him with Anita.
Jacqui goes over to Relish with Des since she's angry about what happened to Ravi like anyone with a brain would be. Des has to go along after all he has to pretend that he isn't a racist ass. I do wonder what Anita wanted to talk to Jacqui about but she didn't say anything when Des showed up. Maybe I'm seeing something that just isn't there. When she later tells Lauren the news doesn't go over well since Lauren refuses to believe that Gaz would have killed Anita but later she does find out that he had a gun and I'm thinking Sasha was telling her that Gaz was arrested for the murder of Calvin. Well that's just handy but Theresa just had to come home and open her big gob which is British for mouth and say he didn't do it. That isn't good.
Why can't you write the date the way you say it? I did notice that when Cop Lady was telling Gaz what he was being charged with I did notice that she didn't say the date backwards. The way they write it can be confusing since you're just not sure about it unless the date and the month are the same or the date has gone past twelve. Sure he'd be a good person to go down for this but I just don't think Theresa will keep it zipped after all she did speak up after they told her about Gaz. I do wonder if she's going to admit it to Carmel along with her being knocked up or as you Brits say up the duff with Calvin's baby. I wouldn't mind him going away and never coming back. He has kept quiet about Anita putting him into a coma but it was self defense so he probably wouldn't come off as an innocent victim.
Steph is staying at home since she doesn't want everyone to see her as Cancer Girl. Cheryl. stops by and I'm wondering what in the world that girl is wearing. Now I happen to love Cheryl but I couldn't figure out if the ruffle part was her shirt or a skirt. It was just very odd. Maybe it was a belt. Anyhoo Cheryl and Frankie did a little bonding but Steph was a bit grumpy. She said she was hungry and Frankie suggested a barbecue when Steph said she didn't want to go out. I'm not sure what Cheryl was talking about but it sounded like rose which puzzles me because that doesn't come to mind when I think barbecue. Cheryl mentions calling certain things by a different name like scallions instead of onions which she likes in her potato salad. I'm just not sure what the other one was. It was ice cream and it sounded something like comb in a poke which is just nuts. Just call it ice cream instead of this poke thing.
The two gals were just chatting away when Steph came outside. Cheryl put on some music so she ended up dancing with Frankie. Finally Steph had a smile on her face and joined in. She then decided to go on X Factor which I'm assuming is the British version of that crappy ass American Idol. You could say I hate the show but that's because it messes up the shows I actually want to watch when it shows up for the whole damn week. She decides to sing and oops Cheryl fumbled on the name. Um was she as bad as I think she was? Maybe she just needs to warm up but now she has a sob story and she's adopted an orphan so she's sure to win.
