Well I finally got the answer I've been waiting for the identity of Elena's father. Sure I first thought it could be Alaric but no it is Uncle Jackass which makes sense after all he's the one that gave Isobel the ring and helped her become a vampire and Elena ended up with the Gilberts. When he showed up I was thinking he'd turn out to be the father. I have to be right at some point right? I'll try not to let the underwear question distract me so I can type up something that is somewhat coherent. How odd that I mentioned underwear earlier. Just one of those weird things I guess.Poor Alaric gets the shock of his life when Isobel turns up beside him while he's getting a drink. Sweetie you might want to get yourself a flask. She wants to see Elena and of course that makes me wonder why now after she made such a point of letting Elena how very much she didn't want to see her. She threatens to start killing people and tosses poor Alaric onto the ground so he tells Elena and Damon. It turns out that she wants the invention that Pearl had.They meet at the Grill with Stefan as backup inside while Alaric and Damon are outside. Oh Damon I think you just might be becoming friends with Alaric. Hell even he admitted that he could see some human in Damon. I of course was having a shallow moment waiting for the shirtless Damon scene which was really nice although I wanted to hear the answer to the question about whether or not he was wearing his good underwear. Now where was I? Oops I'm going to Special Hell for sure. Stupid Isobel why did you have to come in when you did.Of course Elena's upset after all this is her birth mother she's meeting and she's this cold unfeeling person. Shortly after Isobel leaves Bonnie shows up and I think she would have gone to Elena if Stefan wasn't there at the time so she leaves. Caroline asked her about it when she said that she didn't like the fighting with these two and the boys. Hey they never said if poor Matt was okay or not since he was taken to the hospital and that's it. Dick er I mean Tyler took him to the hospital when the float or whatever fell on him thanks to Isobel making a point to Elena about being seriuos about getting the device or going after her loved ones. So she's just taking a page out of Angelus's book since he did the same thing.Bonnie goes to see Elena and they make up or at least that's what seems to hhappen. She gets clued in on what's going on about the device which seems to be a weapon against vampires but they aren't sure about that because Bonnie put some doubt in Elena's mind so they ask Bonnie to undo the spell. She's been practicing but she didn't do anything to it. Of course she wants the vampires dead since she blames them for the death of Grams.What every vampire mom needs a gay cowboy who also makes a good minion. She has a necklace since I was wondering about that after all she gave the ring to Alaric. She claims not to care about him but I think she does on some level. Uncle Jackass shows up and doesn't like it when he sees Jeremy who was taken while everyone else was trying to help poor Matt. Good thing Stefan was there to help out after all I'm thinking he's the one that did all the heavy lifting. She takes his ring and knocks him around a bit.Elena meets Isobel with her Salvatore backup and Isobel with her backup. She tells Elena that she's doomed if she stays with the Salvatore brothers and mentions that Damon's in love with Elena. Of course I'm still wondering about Damon's underwear at this point and wanting to slap Isobel since he was playing cards with one of Isobel's minions. She tells Elena to call home and Jeremy's fine along with Uncle Jackass who has a cut because he fell and Jenna says that everyone laughed. He had told Elena that he knew everything so someone needs to find a new hiding place for her diary.So she has the device because Katherine wants to kill everyone that was in the tomb so she calls John and tells him that she wants them all killed along with the Salvatore brothers. Hey I object to that bitch. And she mentions Uncle Jackass being Elena's father. Sadly he got his ring back so much for my idea about having Anna come after him. She shows up in Jerermy's room since she's upset about her mom and Harper getting killed. That's a real bitch she waits all this time to get her mom back and now she's dead not the walking around kind of dead that Damon enjoys. Aw how sweet he called Elena his friend and his only friend but hell if he keeps hanging out with Alaric he just might be able to call him a friend too although it is kind of odd but cute at the same time if that makes any sense at all.
