What if you took the time to analyze your first few steps each morning. What would you see, how would you feel? The first steps in meeting someone is everything so is the first step in meeting your new day! : )
I start each day looking at this phrase, to myself and for others. The phrase:
Dream big, Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish and live with Passion :) Smiles to you this day and everyday :)
I then take my time to gather my thoughts, say a prayer of thanks and get to my post, a positive way to share with you how we can all get along and move ahead in this tough climate and economy.
I take my time, think about all that I am grateful for.
Spend a few moments speaking gratitude, even if no one is around. Phrases like: Thank you for this day, I am grateful for my children. I am grateful for my lady, my house, my car. On and on these few things that I am grateful for it places me in a much more resourceful state.
I drink my coffee and perhaps some toast, or oatmeal or something light.
But it places me in a much more resourceful state than if I just plugged along hoping and wishing my day would go better. Don't hope and wish. Dare and Do!
