Quick, Easy, Cheap, Tasty Dish

OK, this is a money and time saver.

Ingredients (for serving two): One can Chef BOYARDEE Macaroni & Cheese (15 oz size); On small can tuna (packed in water); slice of American cheese OR half dozen cubes of Velveeta cheese.

Drain the tuna, mix with mac 'n' cheese in a microwave dish. Place a slice of American cheese on top, or scatter cubes of Velveeta over the top. (This extra cheese thickens the 'sauce' and adds flavor.) Cover, microwave on High for 3 minutes, stir and microwave again for another 3 minutes. Done. Takes about two minutes to prepare, 6 1/2 minutes to microwave.

If you have 4 to feed, double up the ingredients. I can find the Mac and Cheese on sale for $1 a can. (Kroger ten for $10 item)Stock up, this will give you a very tasty and Quick to Prepare dish.
