Boursin Cheese is a French cheese that has a variety of flavors. The two most popular flavors are "garlic and fine herb" and "garlic and roasted red pepper.” This is a very tasty cheese that you can serve alone, or can be used in many recipes. This is was only available in France before but because this kind of cheese is truly enticing, it can be bought in many grocery stores in 35 countries worldwide these days.

Chicken and Artichoke Pizza (2)

Gather all the ingredients needed:

  • Pizza dough (can be purchased or homemade)
  • 32 ounces of boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian pizza seasonings
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ cup of button mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 ounces of boursin cheese
  • Salt (to taste)

What to do:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit temperature.
  2. Chop the chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces. Season it with garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasonings.
  3. In a medium size saucepan, heat some oil and cook the chicken.
  4. Transfer to a platter once the chicken pieces are cooked. Be careful not to overcook it.
  5. Place the butter in a small bowl and add minced garlic.
  6. Place the pizza dough on the cookie sheet. Spread some butter evenly on top of the crust and put some garlic powder.
  7. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  8. Slice the tomatoes into halves, then quarters (or slice it according to your preferred size).
  9. Layer the pizza crust with cooked chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes, and boursin cheese. Crumble the boursin cheese before you distribute it evenly on top of the pizza crust. You can add other pizza toppings as you wish.
  10. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  11. Slice it according to the size of your choice.

Serve and enjoy! Note: This recipe yields about 8-10 servings.
