Posterous.com is a free program that allows you to do email blogging and blog via screen capture.  It is simple to use but incredibly powerful.

You create an account by emailing post@posterous.com and your account and Posterous blog is created for you.  Here's Posterous' own instructions:

But this is only half of it.  The real power lies in the "bookmarkelet" that you can download to your browser toolbar.  This enables you to highlight any section of the screen (a YouTube video, part of a blog post, a RedGage image/blog, etc) and with a click of a button immediately create a (multimedia) Posterous blog post.  If you click on the post in the display window, you can edit the contents.  The URL of what you have captured is automatically linked. 

You can also add comments and further links and then post with a click.  Then you can direct your Posterous RSS feed to Twitter, Facebook, your Squidoo lenses or other blogs.

This sounds like fun but it is a dead serious way to leverage your social marketing.  Posterous has a PR7 rank with Google and is already ranked 512 in terms of traffic in the US (the 512th highest traffic site).   In the last 3 months, Posterous has grown 65%.
