Redgage Tutorial: Password Change
If you need to change your RedGage password or if you can't remember it, take these quick steps to change it.
1) Click the sign-in box and use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link
2) Enter your username and your zipcode. Click submit.
3) An email will be sent to your email address. You will be given a password reset code. The message will look something like this:
"Your password is about to be reset, your password reset code is: ty4X2QrD"
4) A box will pop up and ask you for your Reset code. After you click submit you will be asked to type in a new password twice.

thank you for explaining the getting a new password. So far I haven't needed it but you never know. I am very close to not remembering each day and then it comes to me. I was dreading the day that I didn't remember.
