RedGage Tutorial: How to Contact Us

If you need to contact someone from the RedGage Team there are a few ways you can get in touch with us.

The Contact Form   On any RedGage page, you will see a Contact Link on the very bottom of the right side of the screen.  This link will lead you to a Contact Form that you can fill out at any time.

Please designate (with the drop-down bar) whether you are reporting a bug, requesting a feature, needing help, or 'other'. 

Any detailed information you include will be helpful.  So if you are reporting an error, please make sure to let us know which internet browser you are using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc). 

RGHelp  The RGHelp user represents the RedGage Support Team.  Add RGHelp to your subscriptions (by clicking subscribe above my profile), if you are interested in RedGage additions and updates.  The RedGage Blog and any content on the RGHelp profile , will let you know about new tools and explain features.  Treat RGHelp like any other user and feel free to send me a message and write on my wall or content.  Contacting me will get you in touch with a member of the RedGage Team.
