Introduction – A Journey to Wholeness
What does it mean to be whole? A broad definition would be the integration of mind, body, soul, and spirit. These 4 energy fields are powered by our brain, the Earth, our Heart and the Divine, respectively and each one of us has unique, individual needs in these areas. So, becoming whole could be defined as becoming aware of these different aspects of ourSelves and the needs presented in each of these areas. When this occurs, when we are completely aware and clear of anything that is not for our Highest Good. We are whole. We are vibrating at our highest frequency. We are integrated with our Higher Self. We are able to view ourSelves from a loving perspective at all times. We have returned home.
I started this blog so that I could track my journey towards achieving this Unity. I’m just starting out, but one of the first steps has been to actually identify these needs in each area of my life. On an emotional level, I crave more intimate relationships in my life. Mentally, I’m working to build stamina and find balance between feelings of depression and anxiety. Physically I want to maintain a better diet and integrate more natural remedies and habits into my life. I’m feeling the urge to slow down, to perform activities that connect me with others and to the Divine as well. I want to participate in activities that will help to improve the well-being of humanity and the planet. As such, I’ll be posting about topics which reflect this.
