Here’s the deal: sometimes, photos are put under a quality control review by Empowr to reduce the possibility of users pulling an empowr scam on others. They are then manually audited and are usually posted within forty-eight hours. This isn’t a typical occurrence but it happens often enough that users need to know about it so that they are protected against a rogue user trying to pull an empowr scam.

Like all other social networks, Empowr allows its users to tag other people in photos if they wish. Because Empowr is a community where people that may not even know each other are able to become fans and friends, that also means people end up getting tagged in photos that they are not even a part of. This Empowr spam that is not tolerated by Empowr or the community, and repurcussions can occure because of it. To ensure that there is no Empowr spam going on within the community, the users should know to report people for taking part in this negative activity.

Another thing that Empowr users tend to confuse is the difference between Ads and blogs. Ads are a separate entity from the blogs, and the advertisements have to be reviewed by a Success Coach in order to determine whether they are truly ready for Empowr. Typically, Ads are approved within forty-eight hours of creation.  Trouble Shooting: Posting To Profiles

Another issue that may occur is when you try to post to other people’s profiles. Many users do not understand why they cannot actually do this, because they’re not used to this limitation. But the answer is quite simple. Because this is a website where you are buying and selling goods, or are earning through content, it is important for Empowr to have some semblance of control in order to keep Empowr spam away from the website.

For this reason, users are not permitted to post on other people’s profiles. However, it is different for Communities. If you are a part of a Community, and the administrator allows it, you can post onto the Community Profile page without any limitations.
