Doctor Accused of severing babies spines
I originally posted (see below link) about the Doctor in Pennsylvania who was accused of performing abortions past the allowed limit by law. Today after a little over two years it was announced that the Doctor was convicted! He was convicted on three counts of first-degree murder. Dr. Kermit-Gosnell could be sentenced to death at age 72. Today he was also found guilty on twenty-one counts of abortion that took place 24 weeks or older. In addition to the Doctor being convicted, Eileen-O’neill was found guilty of conspiracy. She was also charged with two counts of theft for operating without a license to practice medicine. Somehow she got away with not being charged with performing the illegal abortions, how? I am unsure of at this point. Eight other people at the clinic pleaded guilty to other charges including at least three pleading guilty to murder.
