Bad losers among the Canucks hockey
fans riot giving Vancouver a black eye!
A little over a year after entertaining the world by being spectacular hosts for the 2010 Winter Olympics, the city of Vancouver British Columbia on Canada's western shore turned into a war-zone overnight when their Canucks hockey team lost game seven of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals to the Boston Bruins.

According to an article published in the National Geographic a few years ago, fan riots are nothing new and won't be stopping anytime soon. This is the kind of reaction that has come to be expected in sportstowns like Detroit and Los Angeles. But after shining on the world stage this so un-Canadian-like outburst of poor sportmanship definitely gives Vancouver a blackeye.
This is Hockey - We all know the fighting is done on the ice and left on the ice! Come on now! Even Redwings fans know that! This kind of bad display is best left to the professionals - British soccer hooligans!
