Every once in a blue moon ...ummm, well, maybe more often than that ... we'll drag a member kicking and screaming ... uhhh, scratch that! that's what they do over there in the RG Traveling Showcase RV. So ... every once in a while we will reach into the old mail bag or check the wall posts around town for questions from listeners. Now I'm just saying we will get y'all a question, there'd be no telling if'n we'll have any answers ... well, not a good answer anyways, but we promise to try and find an answer, and if'n nothing else we will just make something up!

Today I found this question scrawled on my profile wall:

Dearest InkOnMyForehead, First let me welcome you to Off the Wall & Outta the Bag ! I must say, I surely thought your tattoo would be someplace a little more ... shall we say... interesting! But beyond your inkedness, let's delve into your question about RG as the Dating/Hook-Up Site!

Since my arrival on the red shores of this online community I have noted that RG has one of the most complex, yet complete, however convaluted member profile processes on the entire web. In setting up your RG member profile you will be confronted with the following top-level categories:
    * Basic Info
    * Contact Info
    * Personal Info
    * Education Info
    * Work Info
    * Sites Info
    * Picture
Which if you select and fill out any of the above categories that information will be placed front and center on your profile page for everyone, their little brother, and other assorted internet ilk to view, read, copy, and make note of, period!

Within the Basic Info tab you can add things such as - Full Name, Gender, Birthday, Hometown - basically all the info needed to steal your identity with the exception of your Social Insecurity Number. Also on this page are things like political and religious views, and ... wait for it! ... Relationship criteria!!! Yes the RG profile setup page includes info about your love-life!

Male & Female
Other Mammals

Extra-Terrestrials
Some combination of the above!

Looking For:
Friends
Relationships
One Night Stands

When I filled out this section of the RG Member Profile Quiz I selected - Relationship: Other; Interested in: M&F; Looking for: ... well this is where I had problems ... I am looking for at least one F and possibly one M or two F's so as to be able to compete as a Mixed Doubles Plus One Horseshoe Team. This "relationship" is for a yet-to-be-determined number of One-Night-Stands for as long as we are still in contention in the tournament!

However, after filling out all this requested relationship information, none of it was ever posted to my member profile page ... alas ... I have no Mixed Doubles Plus One Horseshoe tossing team for the upcoming tournament )-;

Can Miss InkOnMyForehead, or you for that matter, ever find love (true love, lust, or otherwise) on RG? I will say it is possible; however in my opinion - not probable; since it appears that the relationship information is not being posted to profile pages it is doubtful that anyone else will know what you are searching for in the Dating/Hooking-Up category!
