We love fried bologna, we don't use the grease as I was raised on but use the George Foreman grill so there is no added grease or oil added to the bologna.  All we spray the grill with is PAM and it cooks great!  I was raised on fried bologna for breakfast, dinner or supper.  If we had it for breakfast, we had eggs, gravy and toast or biscuits.  If we cooked it for dinner or supper we had fried bologna sandwiches.  Sometimes, it was good with veggies but any way it was served we loved it and still do.  How many of you enjoy fried bologna or fried bologny as we call it.  Thanks for your comments and God bless you!
