Beat up 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add a piece of butter the size of half an egg, a teaspoon of mustard, a little pepper, and lastly 1/2 cup of vinegar. Put all of these ingredients into a small pot over the fire and cook like a soft custard. Add 1/2 cup of thick sweet cream to this dressing after it cools.
