ipad .. OMG
If you know me, you know that I love Apple products. But I think the ipad is going to sink like a stone. Seriously. I just don't understand the appeal. It's too big to use as a music player, it's not a cell phone, (it's too big for a cell phone anyway), and there's no camera. Also, I am not a fan of the "open screen" technology, at least you can close a laptop.
But then, I wasn't that impressed with the iphone either. And boy was I wrong about that.
Greg Packer the dude who was waiting on line to buy the first iphone is doing a repeat performance for the ipad. He seems to be the only one online so far. He was even able to go to Penn Station to get some sleep and come back without losing his place in line.
I think this video demonstrates my sentiments perfectly.
