Red Cup
It's November 1st.
Halloween is over and now it's time to prepare for the holiday season.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then New Years...
It doesn't quite feel like the holidays until I get one thing in my hand...
A red holiday cup from Starbucks.
Trivial, I know, but I've been so conditioned by Starbucks marketing that it doesn't quite feel like "holidays" until Starbucks starts to use their red cups.
Sure, they can come out with their Pumpkin Spice Lattes earlier than usual this year. Sure, I can order a salted caramel hot chocolate (being pregnant means no coffee products for me) for myself. Sure, I can get a slice of pumpkin bread..
But it doesn't quite have that "holiday feel" until I see it in a red cup.
So, thank you, Starbucks for my grande salted caramel hot chocolate in your holiday red cup. Now, the season can begin.
