2 handfuls of popcorn
2 cases of sunflower oil
3 cases of sugar 1 pinch of salt
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, when it is hot add the handles of popcorn and cover it jumps up.
Once the popcorn are all broken into the pan, add the caster sugar and salt, sprinkle on wholesale popcorn. Wait 20 seconds until the sugar melts in the bottom of the pan and then mix quickly with a wooden spatula or chopsticks and popcorn.
Stir to blend the pop all the melted sugar and continue until the pop take a light caramel color.
Important: While waiting until the sugar melts and hop, mix quickly, because it is not necessary that the sugar becomes scorched and "brown-black."
This caramelization is done very quickly, once the pop mix caramel and take a light brown color, you have to mix and keep it all in a bowl. And it's ready!
The pop may stick to each other but once cooled, it will be easier to detach.
