Grapes and Cream Cheese Dessert
This is a wonderful recipe that can be served as a side salad or a dessert. It works wonderfully for both and is super easy to make.
- 2 pounds green and red seedless grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup table sugar. Add the vanilla and sour cream and mix well. Stir in the grapes and refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving mix the brown sugar and nuts together for the topping. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the grape dessert and serve. This is sure to be a dessert you family asks for over and over. Enjoy.
