With all the recent Google changes (or Panda upgrades), writing good and UNIQUE content is the only way to get decent traffic to your blog or websites.

Those who used to steal other people content to use on their site will eventually and finally be buried alive by Google (or we hope). Same for those lazy people using article spinning program to make their content look original. Have you ever read a spinned article? Most of them are usually poor and totally unintelligible.

Still, thieves used to thrive and the only way for writers and photographers to not loose their traffic was to send DMCA complains to the thieves host, contacting Google to have the sites remove from search and my favorite: contacting Adsense to have the thieves account terminated. We had to do the work Google should have been doing in the first place: not allowing stolen content to outrank the original in search and even plainly not even showing them anywhere in their results. These Panda upgrades might help. Google just did another upgrade (Panda Update 3.2) on January 18th. if you have unique and original content, you might have seen a positive change since that date. If your site is filled with stolen content and spam well I am sure your ranking is starting to suffer.

So repeat after me: original content, unique content, original content and unique content.

Now, I am a busy person with lots of idea but not always the time to write about it. Black hatters and other spammers would just steal content and use it as their own (but from now on, they have a high risk of getting buried in search). Or they will spin it making it low quality and Google is intelligent enough to detect that it has been spinned. In both case not only do they risk not beign found, they also risk DMCA's or better getting kicked out of their money making programs (Adsense, Amazon etc. Advertisers don't like being associate with thives).

Now back to original content. you have a couple of ways to do it: write it all yourself, pay someone to write it for you or buy articles that are already written. When I don't write my own content (or want it to be better than my own writing since English is not my native language) I look for good writers.

If you are a writer looking for extra money, give it a try. I am not a writer there but I know they are picky about quality. I saw some writers who seem to do very well.
