you cant always be so negative or hard on yourself. it not only affects you, but the people around you..I learned the hard way. no matter what YOU MUST ALWAYS FIND THE POSITIVE IN LIFE. it will help you cope with whatever is going on with your life. just remember for every action is a reaction. we all make mistakes, but learning from them is what makes us stronger. take the time to ask yourself 'I know im unhappy and I hate being this way..now what am I gonna do to change that?' only YOU can truly make yourself happy. if your not happy with yourself, how do you expect someone else to be? love yourself and dont put yourself down. look for the posititve in life, in the end, you will appreciate it and be glad ya did. ;)
