You will need to make lots of practice every time you are free to do so. You should make the practice in the voice type you want to have, the results will always be a function of your input, in fact, I will be right if I say that if you want to develop voice, then practice, practice and practice. It can be hard to practice when others are watching, you will therefore need a lonely place to go to every time you need to practice, if you feel you have made success in improving your voice, you can then practice when others are seeing and even ask for their opinion.
