Recombinant hepatitis B vaccine schedule is used to prevent infection with hepatitis b virus Vaccine works causing your body to produce their own protection (antibodies) against the disease.
Recombinant hepatitis B vaccine is made without any blood or blood products or any other substances of human origin. It may not give you the hepatitis B (HBV) or virus human immunodeficiency (HIV).
Hepatitis b infection is one of the major causes of serious liver diseases such as hepatitis and cirrhosis and cancer liver called primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
Pregnant women who have hepatitis B infection or are carriers of hepatitis B virus can give the disease to their babies at birth. Often, these infants suffer from serious diseases long-term disease.
The vaccine against hepatitis B disease is recommended for all the newborns, infants, children and adolescents up to 19 years of age. It is also recommended for adults who live in areas that have a high rate of hepatitis B disease or who may be at increased risk for hepatitis b virus infection These adults include: * sexually active male homosexuals and bisexuals, including those with HIV infection.
* Sexually active heterosexual people with multiple partners.
* Development persons likely to be exposed to the virus in the blood, blood products or human, bites such as care of health workers, employees in patients, medical services and personal construction of facilities and programs of care for persons with disabilities, morticians, Embalmers, police and fire fighters and military personnel staff.
* People with kidney disease or undergoing dialysis for kidney failure of blood.
* People with blood clotting disorders receiving transfusions of clotting factor concentrates.
* Domestic and sexual contacts of carriers of hepatitis B.
* People in areas with high risk of hepatitis B [population], such as the Inuit of Alaska, the Pacific Islands, Haitian immigrants and Indochina and refugees from areas that have a high rate of hepatitis B; disease infection people who accept orphans or adoptions of these areas; and travellers to these areas.
* People who use illegal injectable drugs.
* Prisoners.
