The firm’s Managing Principal and head of its Federal Defense Group, Dr. Nick Oberheiden, is a renowned federal criminal attorney and law school professor. He is a member of the bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia. A native of Hamburg, Germany, Dr. Oberheiden received his J.D. law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2007, as well as a Ph.D. from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
