How do you get those darn abs ripped and perfect? Has been a real quest for many of us hasn’t it. Always trying to find which abdominal workouts work, and which ones you should put back on the shelf is always at the fore front of the quest when you begin your search for the best ab workouts.

What you need to do is pick a routine for your abs that will hit every muscle group in your midsection. One that will focus on your upper abs, lower abs and sides especially workouts that include your lower abs because that’s going to help you get that 6 pack .

Great article. The University of San Diego did a study on the best ab workouts. Number 3 is the exercise ball ab workout. That's the one I do. Thanks for great info.
