About Me

I live in the countryside of a small country which capital is also the one of Europe. I am single parent of a wonderful boy aged 17. I am also a dreamer and so I dream of living in New Zealand, one of the most - if not the most - beautiful country in the world. My American teachers told me I am different from my other fellows as my American dream is called Phoenix, Amarillo, Brusselstown and other small or not so known places instead of New York, Frisco and Los Angeles.

Favorite Books

French history - i.e. memoirs ; also Agatha Christie, Martha Grimes, Stephen King and Joseph Conolly for his wonderful book called Summer Things . A book I will never forget is the one I have read about the history of Louisiana.

Favorite Movies

Mainly French classic comedies but I also really like All Presidents Men, Gone with the Wind, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, etc.

Favorite Music

My all time favorite musical group is The Beatles but my main favorite music is blues and many derived musics such as rythm and blues, rock and roll, motown, soul, etc.

Favorite Quotes

If I ever would have to make someone else quote mine it would be Free as a Bird - John Lennon s song but I generally do not like to rely on well-known people to live and/or experience anything.

Favorite TV Shows

Mainly French culture and history related TV broadcasts but I am crazy about Friends - US and Catherine - Ca-Quebec

Interests

French History, always interested in the history of any country; reading as my books are my best friends ; managing my websites; gardening as I eat my own zuccini, beans and pumpkins ; I generally like to learn.
